PenPalConnect's adult community writes with adults only. Members under 18 are kept in a completely separate community that adults cannot see, search or message, so everyone you meet here is 18 or over. There is deliberately no dating category, no romantic matching, and no way to sort people by looks: the point is friendship, language practice and curiosity about somewhere else.

On safety, which matters more when you are the one taking the risk: every profile photo is reviewed, anyone can earn a Verified badge by proving on video that they are real, blocking is mutual and silent, and every report reaches a human moderator. Your city and age can each be hidden with one switch, and nobody sees your album until you unlock it.
